A hybrid class is one where there is a normal in-person class plus there is a an online class (Zoom or other) group joining the class remotely. The online class may be enrolled through Adelaide U3A or it might be open to any U3A across S.A. via Statewide. This page is to help with the technical issues that arise from this arrangement.
There are obvious advantages in this arrangement if we are able to manage it efficiently. It isn’t going to work for all classes. It does work if the communication with each group is efficient and doesn’t interfere with the other to a significant degree.
