Administration Notice
Member Wizard has been turned off so that we can to complete our course program for next year. Until it is finished use of your Member Portal and some pages on our website will be restricted. If you need to send a communication normally done through your Member Portal, such as a message to your tutor, or have any queries, please ring the Office on 8359 3307 or email at u3a.adelaide@gmail.com.
The 2026 Class Program will be emailed to all 2025 members and available to view on the website from 24 November 2025. A copy can also be picked up from the Office.
Our Office will close at 3.30 pm on Friday, 28 November 2025. If you are a current member, you will be sent an email with an invoice to renew your annual membership early in January 2026. You can pay using a Credit/Debit Card. There will be a link on the invoice for card payments. When the office re-opens, you can also pay by credit/debit card, cheque or cash.
We re-open on Monday, 12 January 2026 when you will be able to enrol in classes for next year, online or at the Box Factory.

The University of the Third Age
The University of the Third Age (U3A) is an international volunteer organisation providing educational, creative and leisure opportunities for people over 50 who are no longer in full-time employment. U3A Adelaide, located at the Box Factory, 59 Regent Street South, Adelaide, is one of some 20 independent U3A locations in South Australia. Each U3A has its own classes. See full list here.
Adelaide U3A is run entirely by volunteers, utilising the knowledge, experience and skills of its members. We make new friends, learn from each other and share experiences in a relaxed, social environment.
With about 900 members and 100 classes, you can choose from a wide range of classes and social activities, including languages, literature, music, philosophy, art, exercise and excursions.

You can check out our list of Classes before becoming a member. Click Classes on the menu bar at the top, then click View Classes.
To join Adelaide U3A go to the Membership in the menu and click Join as New Member.
